We offer all of our products delivered fresh to your doorstep once a week. The best part - no one has to be home to receive your goods! Delivery will be 1-3 days from order placement. Need It sooner? Just let us know and we are happy to accommodate when possible!

In an effort to combat the weather, deliveries will be made at various times of the day (usually very early morning or late afternoon/evening) so your boxes are out in the elements for the shortest amount of time. You will receive a delivery notification once your box has been delivered. We will do our best to place your boxes in the most shaded and sheltered area. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them with your order.

We deliver within a 30 minute radius of our location, 160 Huron Road, Mitchell. Some exceptions will apply.

We want you to love every item in our boxes! In the rare event you recieve an item that doesn't meet our high quality standards, kindly let us know right away and we will make it up to you on your next delivery with a product of the same or higher value. Due to food safety concerns, we are unable to take back items.

We are unable to customize our standard boxes. The items used to create our boxes are carefully selected to minimalize food waste, and keep the costs as low as possible - so we can pass on the savings to your families! If you are looking for a more custom style box or like us have picky eaters in the family; we encourage you to individually select items and BYOB (build your own box). 

We carefully and methodically work with multiple local farmers, growers, greenhouses and distributors in Ontario to be able to procure produce year round. Due to the growing limitations on even the most fertile land across this great country, we are limited to certain produce being available locally year round. During the off seasons and colder months, we utilize our network of distributors so we can continue to provide our boxes undisrupted year round. Some items, specifically fruit which are not available locally; will be imported to offer our customers a variety at an affordable price. However, we will always try to source locally grown products before importing from other countries.
